Gasthof - Cafe Nagoldquelle in Seewald

On the way from one of my trips through the deep Black Forest, I stopped at this event completely unplanned. He fell in my eye on the way, so I stopped at him. There was almost no one inside, so I could choose a place at will. The whole interior, even with the equipment, looked very traditional and created a pleasant, even family atmosphere. I guess the smiling staff was the lady of the house herself and the chipper in the kitchen was her wife. The mulled wine that I ordered was as it should be spicy and sharp and pleasantly warmed all day long. And the ordered food, which was supplemented by a salad, which I could eat according to my taste at the salad bar, was prepared very well by the homemade man. Everything was delicious, the portions were just right and the total expenditure came to me. If I ever have a trip again, I'll be happy to stop again.

Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our food and were then also very dissatisfied. For 8 € a mini portion of french fries and 5 chicken nuggets we found very overpriced. Okay for a short beer, but too overpriced for food, too small portions and, above all, for what you get to eat in the end, just insolent waiting times.

The food that was still available was read out and when you paid you literally received the receipt for 2x sliced ​​turkey plus 4 drinks are € 41 very sporty. So not again. Sry

Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Been here many times, when the weather was nice in the beer garden and when it was raining or snowing in the cozy dining room. The prices are right and the card has a good selection. Everything is ok here and therefore friendly 3 stars ***

Today there were coffee and cake on the terrace. Black Forest was delicious, dog got water in the bowl. Everything was very pleasant, come back for sure.

Birth of the Nagold River that runs 90 km north of the Black Forest in Baden Württemberg through beautiful and charming villages. It is a nice place in the middle of a beautiful forest.

Cafe and restaurant popular with motorcyclists. When the weather is nice, the coffee garden invites you to linger. The staff is friendly. There is a swing and slide for the little ones and a bowl with fresh water for the four-legged friends.

Very delicious coffee and cake. The Black Forest cake was the finest. Outside you have a very nice view, the adjacent main road hardly disturbs. Service always courteous and polite. Only deduction for lunch. My meat cheese with potato salad and melted onions didn't pull me off my stool.

Nice there. Prices for the location are rather at the upper limit. Is often frequented by passing bikers.
